That is actually called Arc Length in English. It seems to be limited as to what kind of objects you can dimension, though.

Huge language issue here. Isn't there a forum in your native tongue?

 

If you look at my image again, three icons to the left of the one I underlined is the Angular dimension but that seems too simple. Is that what you are after?
