How do I create this parameter type?

In the image below there is a parameter that I copied from the Autodesk titleblock.

The parameter appears in three areas (project browser/in the sheet titleblock/properties panel)

I have my project information parameters setup as project parameters which duplicate to all sheets but how do I create a custom entry fields (like below) in the title block family to enter the details for each sheet that are unique such as drawing name and number?

In your template or project > manage > project parameters select the parameter, click modify, tick the box for Sheets.

Sheet number and sheet name are built in parameters of sheets category. You don't have to add anything, just enter the information for each sheet.

Ok, so I need to tick the sheet in the project parameters after the sheet has been added each time I have a new project.

I want these parameters to be editable and the information will be variable from sheet to sheet.

Am I correct in saying that on every project I'll have to share the parameters in the project parameters?

Its just a time consuming task that I thought the family could duplicate from project to project.

Do it in your template file.

Every project which uses the template will then be set up without having to repeat the process.

I did this once six years ago, have never needed to do it since.

That's exactly what I was getting at.

I suppose just the last thing that is probably relevant to this.

When I'm sharing that project template with a colleague, they'll need the parameter file I used on the sheet?

No they shouldn't need your shared parameter file unless they are going to be adding/modifying parameters.

Once the parameters are in the template then they are saved with the template.

In File>Options>File Locations you can set the default template so that every project opens from that template (this doesn't prevent you from using other templates if/when you need to)
