Export XML for Carrier HAP - Wall partitions?

When exporting an XML file everything appears OK.

However when I import the XML into Carrier HAP, it ignores partitions (area = zero).

Partitions are needed to separate a conditioned space from a non-conditioned one.

Anybody have any experience with this?

Did you find a solution? I'm facing the same problem.

Are you on HAP 6.0 or 5.X? From what I understand HAP made a pretty big leap into analytical surfaces in their latest build which gets it closer to parity with Revit workflows.

5.X versions have a frustrating history with GBXML imports, partitions and maximum wall exposure counts per space coming to mind. The short answer is you will have to rebuild spaces in 5.X based on your knowledge of each space. In my past attempts at a Revit->HAP workflow I was only ever able to rely on floor/roof areas and internal loads transferring properly. Most envelope data required manual input, just to ensure I wasn't missing entire exposures or 40% of a wall area because a fancy column broke up an exterior wall face juuuust enough to bump the wall count beyond 8.

I'm still on HAP 5.11. We used to measure wall by wall while working on AutoCAD and the possibility of having some of the geometry loaded automatically from Revit is already a big help, but I really would like to find a solution for partitions. A lot of times we still get AutoCAD Files and would build the walls anyway, so I was just wondering what to do to get the partitions right.
