Grid Lines not showing

Just started working on Revit, I have been using AutoCAD for the past 5 years.  The one problem I just encountered and have not been able to solve is visibility of grid line in 3D model.  They show in 2d model just fine, but when 3d is turned on all grid lines are not visible.

Unfortunately as mentioned in link below, currently, you cannot display grid lines in a 3D view.
