from schedule automatically to excel

is there a way to automatically export my schedule information to excel and also from excel to Revit withou having to keep exporting it over and over?

If you look at @RachelGomez161999 previous posts many of them have been edited and marked with ***THE POST HAS BEEN EDITED: TIPS NOT RELATED TO AUTOCAD FOR MAC HAVE BEEN CROSSED OUT***.

Seem to have a habit of posting irrelevent nonsense and unfortunately have now decided to do so on the Revit MEP forum.
