Fine Detail as Default in all new views

I would like to set "Fine Detail" as the default for all new views in Revit.  Is there a way to do this WITHOUT using a view template?  I do not want to use a view template to do this, nor do I want to copy views.  Thanks in advance.

Manage tab > Additional settings > Detail level.

Set all the scales to fine with the little move arrows. This should do what you are asking.

I think it is not possible without using any view template. But you can do one thing Go to manage tab>additional setting>detail level , here you can add the scale in fine view as per your requirement. Hope this will work.
