Fabrication Parts to STL

I would like to export a model containing Fabrication Parts however the STL exporter does not detect an solids in the document.

Exporting the model to other formats does not work either.

As far as the exporter you don't happen to have the fabrication parts unchecked in the categories tab?  What database are the parts from?  Can you attach a small project that has this issue.  When you say other exporter also don't work, what else have you tried?

Hi, yes the category was ticked I was using the default settings.

Tried exporting to SAT and opening in Inventor, along with DWG. SAT file was empty in Inventor and had a size of 1kb, DWG only the center line was present.

The model was a single section of 300 dia duct with an elbow on the end from the trial or free Autodesk database, I dont have full blow FAB.
