Fabrication Hangers Not Sizing Correctly with Insulation

Hi,

I am having a problem where our insulation shoes are not sizing properly with insulation.  On naked pipe they work great, however, when insulation is added the automatically resize to the OD of the insulation instead of staying with the pipe, see below for reference.

I know this is a few months late but for the sake of having an answer to anyone searching:

You need to go into your fab database > fittings tab > insulation > edit material properties > uncheck adjust support size. I'm not sure if I'm handling this the proper way but, in my case I needed to grow unistrut hangers for insulation but not strap hangers. I duplicated my insulation material and unchecked adjust support size so that the strap hangers do not get grown. I just apply that insulation to any duct in Revit with strap hangers.
