It sounds like you are saying that you have downloaded the library. You also need to add the families to your project. Starting your project with a proper template may also help. The families should be in the project browser.

This is the error that is constantly popping up. I can't set a route preference because all options are NONE.

The routing solution failed because a default connection type was not defined or the connection was not found in the project. Make sure the connection is loaded in the project and try again.

I believe the text boxes are an artifact of copy+pasting directly from Google Translate, I recall having a similar thing happen when trying to communicate with a Russian user earlier this week. You can use Notepad to remove any embedded formatting, or do a plaintext paste.

It looks like the families are in the project. If you loaded the entire library, you might have done too many.

What you need to do now is add them to your routing preferences.

Save-As, delete all modelled elements in the copied project file, then Purge Unused the project down to just the families relevant for mechanical/ductwork. That should get you below 20MB but still leave enough to diagnose the file.

It's only happening on this model. My model has many MB, even cleaning the project, removing unused families, I still can't load it here.

This doesn't make any sense.

If you have definitely loaded the families then you should be able to see them listed in the project browser so please go to the pipe fitting or duct fitting part of the browser, expand the category and check that the families are there.

E.g.

Send us a screenshot of your version please.

• Delete everything out of it (leave a couple pipe/Duct)
• Remove all links 

It should then be a pretty much Empty file and should be small enough to upload. if the issue still persists, upload the model. if it doesn't, then at least we have narrowed it down to something that was in your model 😊.
