I have already loaded all families of ducts, pipes and disposable connections, but even so they do not appear in my project, causing me not to be able to generate a pipe in my HVAC project. Could you help me to solve this problem?

I think there is going to be a language barrier but I'll give it a shot.

It sounds like you are saying that you have downloaded the library. You also need to add the families to your project. Starting your project with a proper template may also help. The families should be in the project browser.

This is from a project started with the Imperial Systems project template:

I've already tried to set route preferences, but no option appears, it's like there's no elbow, tee joint. Even though I carried the families.

Do you see them in the Family Browser?  And what is going on with your posts?  Why do they appear in a scrolling window?  I can't read them on my phone.

This is the error that is constantly popping up. I can't set a route preference because all options are NONE.
The routing solution failed because a default connection type was not defined or the connection was not found in the project. Make sure the connection is loaded in the project and try again.

Show us your project browser with the families expanded.

Better yet, share you model! You will get what you need very quickly.

I believe the text boxes are an artifact of copy+pasting directly from Google Translate, I recall having a similar thing happen when trying to communicate with a Russian user earlier this week. You can use Notepad to remove any embedded formatting, or do a plaintext paste.

My project is too big to be shared here, it exceeds the maximum amount of MB allowed. Attached are the prints of the families loaded in my project.

It looks like the families are in the project. If you loaded the entire library, you might have done too many.

What you need to do now is add them to your routing preferences.

The families are loaded but when I try to add them to the route preferences they don't appear, they simply remain none for all the options.

You need to select each part type in turn and select a suitable family from the available options.

Even if I select one at a time, the families that are loaded in the project do not appear as an option for the routing preference items.

Save-As, delete all modelled elements in the copied project file, then Purge Unused the project down to just the families relevant for mechanical/ductwork. That should get you below 20MB but still leave enough to diagnose the file.

Is this only happening in this specific model or is it happening in all models you open?

It's only happening on this model. My model has many MB, even cleaning the project, removing unused families, I still can't load it here.

This doesn't make any sense.

If you have definitely loaded the families then you should be able to see them listed in the project browser so please go to the pipe fitting or duct fitting part of the browser, expand the category and check that the families are there.

E.g.

Send us a screenshot of your version please.

  • Copy your model
    • Detach from Central
  • Delete everything out of it (leave a couple pipe/Duct)
  • Remove all links

It should then be a pretty much Empty file and should be small enough to upload. if the issue still persists, upload the model. if it doesn't, then at least we have narrowed it down to something that was in your model 😊
