When i placing any family or any editing done on the model, A fatal error is occuring and the software got to close immediately. What the problem behind this issue? please help me to rectify it.

Did you try to Audit the file when opening it, the check box is in the bottom of the open window

If this will not help, you can try clean reinstall.
