Engineering Stamp Visibility

At our firm we have multiple engineers that stamp our drawings. I have created a title block that you can change the visibility of each stamp in and it works ok. I want to make it more user-friendly though. You currently have to click on the title block and change the visibility on a sheet-by-sheet basis. In an ideal world, the sheet list would house this option and would allow us to quickly run down the list and turn on or off the appropriate engineer's stamp. I am currently being restricted to assign the visibility of these stamps to a global parameter... it's not just one stamp. another thing I have tried is setting up a family type parameter but I haven't been able to get the title block to actually change when the "family type is changed". For this instance, I made separate types of each title block with different stamps visible. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

There's a lot to explain here so im going to start with a few web pages for you to read through. Your on the right track but missing a few steps from what im reading.

The block that doesnt change, did you select that block and assign the parameter to it?

You can nest all of the stamps within one family, create a visibilty parameter assigned to each type. Assign the visibilty parameter to each stamp and load that into the title sheet. Assign that family to "LABEL" on the properties browser. See attached family. You should be able to play with further options. i.e. shared parameter that can be changed with schedules, or type base etc. The one i provided is instance based in Revit 2022.
