Unless there's a compelling reason for including that detail level (ie, renderings to be used for marketing), I'd strongly advise using the most generic shape/hanger combination you can find and sizing it appropriately. Leave the fancy visual graphic stuff to the architects. The attached file should get you what you need - just adjust the height and diameter of the extrusion and pendant length, then link the .ies file you're using.
