Disable Printer

Is there a way to disable printers in Revit or force it to default to PDF first. I cant tell you how many times I've printed a set of E1's by accident.

Revit should use what ever printer is set as default on your PC.

• Got to Printers & Scanners on your PC
• Select the printer you want to use
  • Pick the Manage button
  • Pick the Set as Default

You can set windows default printer to a PDF printer but it affects all other programs, not just Revit.  You can use export to PDF instead of print in Revit so it always PDF.
