Custom pipe Tee fitting creates weird fitting when connected on 135deg

Hi,

I created these custom Tee fittings too accept 90 and 45 degree angles. Now i got it working for when i draw pipes from left to right. But when i draw the branch right to left it creates the weird fittings as shown in the screencaps.

Anyone knows what i am doing wrong in the family? ive attached both of them aswell.

Hello,

The lookup tables of these families do not accept 135 degrees as input.

You must contact the provider to fix them.

Hi Fabiosato,

Thank you for the suggestion, i will add that to the lookup table to try it.

But i thought that you only needed 45 and 90 like the standard revit pipe fittings because itll flip around the Tee fitting to accomendate for the direction change.

Hi fabiosato,

I just implemented your suggestion and it works like a charm, thanks!
