Custom Dimension Style in Revit 2021+

So, I am trying to recreate a dimension style from AutoCAD 2020 that is compact for sleeve drawings. Dimensioning from the sleeve to a control line given by the GC. The dimension line in CAD is cut with an arrow drawn in midway of the line that identifies the direction of the control line the dimension is being pulled from. (I did not create this). As you can see the dimension in CAD calls for 2 separate dim lines.

My question is, how can I achieve this in Revit 2021? When I go to the Manage tab / Additional Settings... there is no option to select Dimension Styles as there was in previous versions.

(Please see attached Screenshots)

This is becoming a huge headache at this point so I would appreciate any help that you can offer.

The purpose of this is to create a cleaner sleeve drawing that is free of crossing dimensions.

With Revit having continuous dimensions, I highly doubt that you can recreate the CAD version. If you are trying to elimnate crossing dimensions, why not schedule the openings? Just one thought.

I would love for it to be that easy. Unfortunately that's not how they want it shown. So, I'm in a pickle. I hate to have to keep going back and forth from CAD to Revit to accomplish this. I KNow this reply is in the wrong location BTW... But, Sausage fingers and all.
