Dependent views are not showing in "Dependent on" view

one job shows the outlines of dependent views (one I have highlighted in RED)...

But another job does not show them. Where do I find the on/off switch for this?

Ensure the Annotation Crop and Crop View 'rectangles' overlap a portion of the view desired to be displayed.
