Hello @Anonymous,

is this what you need?

light switchbox.png

If so, you need to create an Electrical Fixture family with two SHARED nested Lighting Device families in it.

workflow:

  1. add your Lighting Fixtures to the circuit of your Panel.
  2. create the Switch connection by selecting the SHARED nested "Button" on the Switchbox.

See the family in the attachment.

Please let me know if this is what you want.

Hello

Thank you! You are awesome!!! I will follow your instructions.

I have another problem. It is the same problem like here:
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-architecture-forum/parametric-array-in-x-and-y/m-p/7055964#M149...

I would like to create that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HaXOytEyyWw&t=215s

Could you help me solve my revit links, because something is wrong? It doesn't work. Could we contact via email? It is faster than this forum.

Please it is so important to me. I am so close to do that.

Than you in advance.

Hello,
I tried to do the best to do someting with that, but it is more individual case, so I have to do something more that it works out.

The problem is how to integrate two, internal family data parameters (vertical and horizontal) into a collective file. It's best to control simultaneously from one properties (and not separately in two families now like a in my families).

The second problem is that it expands 3x3 or something different 6x6. That there would be many rows.
I realized that I need to create an array parameter in the collective file, which extends the sockets for example in the second row, in the third row and vertically in the columns. Only in my case, these elements overlap, and come out the mistakes/warmings .

The efect which satisfied me, it is like that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc2liQBiFBU&t=219s

Interesting things, so I encourage you to take a look.

Iam wondering how I can do that the type of socket change and still expand vertially and horizontally. Could you give some tips or some revit links where is that done. I wanna do that : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjxZqrpkuWc&t=198s,

THANK YOU for your time and attention. You are awesome.

I would like to ask you about "swichbox.rfa" it has the 2 connectors, that I can join two electric circuit?
