Creating a section wont work in Floor plan

Dear All, i have an Archi building which is linked, so now am trying to do the HVAC work.

for some reason when i click on Section and try to draw a line, it wont show up and gives me the famous error

"None of the created elements are visible in Floor Plan: Level 1 View. You may want to check the active view, its Parameters, and Visibility settings, as well as any Plan Regions and their settings."

For example for what really irritates me:

On Ground floor the section line wont show up, it will show on the Ceiling plan and on the "ROOF [last floor plan]"

well i checked the View template : Section in annotation is checked

clicked on view hidden lines, nothing shows up

My "Ground floor" is [From down to top] is 4.6 meter

Please check the attachment image to see my "View range"

i even made the botton offset and depth 1000 just for testing.

P.S

this problem is at All the floors [Ground, First, Second] and roof there are no problems in the section element.

can anyone help me please am so tired of this

In your floor plan view, go to your visibility settings and click the annotation tab. Verify that "sections" are checked as visible.

Hello,

Select your section in the project browser, check HIDE AT SCALES COARSER THAN value, the problem can be there.

Hi Chunky. I suspect that the reason why the color of the archi model is halftone, is that the Discipline maybe is set to Architectural. There's a possibility that the View Template is not correct. Try go to the View Properties and change the Discipline there to Mechanical.
