Created a reducing elbow but not working

When I loaded the elbow family and draw a 100mm pipe reducing to 32mm, it does not working...

When you say its not working do you mean that it doesn’t work at all or do you mean that its not inserting automatically?

How are your routing preferences set up for the pipe type?

I think its not inserting automatically. Routing preferences set up is fine,  it got this warning...

100mm x 32mm

When I insert the elbow and draw pipe from it, 32mm pipe is okay, but 100mm shown as below:
