Create Assembly View Doesn't Contain Schedule That A Different Sheet Does

I created a new assembly and sheet, then created views and schedules for that sheet. The default schedules that show up in the Create Assembly Views doesn't contain a schedule for the Fabrication Parts->Plumbing Fixtures.

I am not sure how I did it, but I was able to get a schedule created for this sheet containing families from the Plumbing Fixtures catagory.

Now I am trying to create another assembly and sheet with the same schedule, but I cannot change the default schedules to show Plumbing Fixtures.

If you look at the Create Assembly View dialog for the first sheet, it shows a Plumbing Fixtures schedule available to select, but the Create Assembly View dialong for the second assembly sheet doesn't have it available?
