Copper types - Metric vs Imperial

Hi,

As working on our project template, we start creating our pipe types, but when we try to create our Copper - L type, it isn't available. The problem here is that we are working in metric and only types A, B, C and D are available.

Is there a way to get type K, L and M instead A, B, C or D no matter if we are working in metric?

1- open a new file with the template "Default_I_ENU.rte" (search for it the your generic template folder)

2- open your working file.

3- go to "manage" then "transfer project standards"

4-click "check none" and check "pipe segments"

5-click "new only"....that's it 🙂

For example, DWV Copper.

I think yes...

1- go to "manage"> mep settings>mechanical settings

2-at your left under "pipe settings "click "segments and sizes"

3-click on the small button a right of "carbon steel segment 40" see the attached picture.

4- in this windows click radio button "material and sechedule type"

5-as material choose copper, as schedule type enter DWV, as size select what you see fit to this new segment.

6- don't forget the KUDOS 🙂
