Is there a way to remove the prefix/suffix when performing a coordination review on level names ?
When I choose Rename Element during a coordintaion review revit still adds the suffix I chose during the original copy/monitor. The suffix is no longer needed and I wish to just rename to the same level names as in the linked file.
Removing the suffix from "Copy/Monitor Options" does nothing.
Example:
- In the original linked architect file one level was named "Level 01".
- When copy/monitoring the levels i added the suffix "-Building A".
- When the linked file was updated the architect had changed the name of that level to "Level 01 - Building A".
- When performing coordination review and choosing "Rename Element" for levels, revit still adds the suffix.
- The result is that the level in my model is named "Level 01 - Building A-Building A".
