Collaborate using A360

Hello,

I'm an Architecture student and I have a Revit student subscription.

Screenshot_1.pngI have problems connecting A360 to my Revit, I can't use collaboration using A360.

What I want to do?

I want to create a work sharing monitor for our group via collaboration using A360.

The problem is that I can't select  it, only network collaboration is available, but this one does't suits us,...

Can someone help me solving this problem?

I have installed all the necessary programs and I login, but still it is not appearing in my Revit.

Thank you in advance.

so they dont use A360 anymore for colloboration they changed that to BIM360 team. if you have C4R (collaboration for revit) you should have gotten BIM360 team with it. then when you go to initially collaborate it should allow you to click that box and then prompt you to sign in, although you said you signed in prior so it should just be available if you have the correct software. what software did you install?

I've installed updated my revit to 2018.2 and as a student i have the standard license.

And i have in my computer Revit, worksharing monitor and A360. is it this that you mean about software?

Worksharing Monitor does not work on the cloud. You will be using Communicator, instead.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

communicator comes with C4R as well. so to get to the cloud initially you will need C4R. unless you willing to collaborate externally which is what we do but if you have to use the collaboration features of revit then you cant.  All depends on what features for collaboration you want/need.

C4R (collaboration for revit) is not included with Revit you have to buy a specific C4R license for each user you want to use it. When its grayed out like you have that meas you dont have the license
