Giving a family a heating and/or cooling value

I'd simply like to give an effective heating and/or cooling value to family. Which parameter sets that?

Preferably I'd like specific nested familuies within a parent family to have different values, but this isn't necessary.

Simply put, I'd just like to see them effective when I run an analysis.

My first suggestion would be Cooling & Heating Load based on the following workflow. Having the nested family with a different value for the same parameter..create it shared to be also visible in the schedule. Really easy.
