I don't understand.. can you explain to me how to do it?
As I said in your other post I’m not a software expert but as far as I can tell the Sqldumper.exe which is mentioned in your screenshot of the command window is a debugging tool which creates dump (error) files. “The Sqldumper.exe utility is included with Microsoft SQL Server. It generates memory dumps of SQL Server and of related processes for debugging purposes.”
”Microsoft SQL Server is a relational database management system developed by Microsoft. As a database server, it is a software product with the primary function of storing and retrieving data as requested by other software applications—which may run either on the same computer or on another computer across a network (including the Internet). Microsoft markets at least a dozen different editions of Microsoft SQL Server, aimed at different audiences and for workloads ranging from small single-machine applications to large Internet-facing applications with many concurrent users.”
To be honest that means practically nothing to me but I think it is pointing to a Windows or system fault rather than being a Revit issue (unless there’s maybe a component missing from the Revit installation).
If you have an Autodesk support package I would recommend that you raise a ticket for this. Or maybe a friendly IT tech could help you to find and analyse the dump files.
……but I could be talking nonsense because, again, I’m not a software expert so maybe someone else on the forum knows more about that side of things.
