Change Appearance of Mechanical Equipment Hidden Lines

I would like to change the appearance of Mechanical Equipment Hidden lines on my plans. I have edited the line styles to match what I want, both in the family itself, the line styles in additional settings, and object styles, but they are still showing up black in all views. What else is there that I am missing that could be affecting the Mechanical Equipment Hidden Line Styles? I've attached screenshots of the plan view, the object styles, and the line styles for the project. The line styles in the family are also the same, but I could only upload 3 screenshots.

As @RSomppi shows in the image, the project's hidden line settings are globally controlled.  If your only objective is to change the color for the mechanical equipment and you want to have all the line work the same color, you can always create a filter for just mechanical equipment and override the color. This will force all the lines in mechanical equipment, including the hidden lines, to inherit the filter color.
