cant open multiple projects at same time

Hi, i hope this is the right forum for this question.  I recently reinstalled windows/revit and i am using Revit 2021.1.3 cloud based Revit models. When i have one project open and then open another instance of Revit to open a different project i get an error saying unable to open.  I never had this problem before and any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

i figured out it was not enough hard drive space. so can this thread be deleted please? i dont know how to do so.
