Is there a way that I can change the colors of 3 different cable trays to 3 different colors that will still display when I export to navisworks?

Hi.

The filter setting is the only option on Revit. or you can change the color settings on Navisworks.

if the cable tray has three different parameter values it helps to find and apply the color

Tool name " Find Item" through you can able to apply override color

You would need to assign a material to the cable tray or create a selection set in Navisworks. Navisworks only looks for materials, not filters or system overrides.
