Bluebeam CAD 2018 Add-In Problems

Has anyone else experience missing pages in the PDF after using the Bluebeam add-in to make a combined set?  Since I upgraded from BB CAD 2017 to 2018, the add-in is pretty much useless unless I'm only printing a few sheets.  When I try to do more than 12 sheets, everything seems to go fine but when I open the pdf, all the bookmarks are there but some of the actual pages are missing.  Bluebeam support has been no help.  Tried all their suggestions, including removing and reinstalling Bluebeam, with no improvement.  Then they just stopped responding to my email.  I am running the latest version of BB CAD 2018.4.0 and Revit 2017, 2018 and 2019.  The only reason I upgraded from 2017 to 2018 was for the Revit 2019 plugin.  Feeling pretty ripped off.

Hi @jmoberly,

I'm sorry hear about the issue with the Bluebeam add-in and that they are no longer replying to you. That sure sounds frustrating!

A couple ideas that you may like to consider:

  • Do others in the office use this add-in successfully with Revit 2019? If so, check for machine differences to help with troubleshooting.
  • Try other disabling Revit add-ins. It's possible that another add-in is interfering with Bluebeam. See: How to disable add-ins for Revit.
  • Log onto another Windows user profile on your machine to test whether or not it is an issue with the Windows user profile.
  • Check for Windows updates.
  • Clear user temp directory. Revit uses this directory and when it gets too bloated, Revit performance can be impacted or other unexpected behaviors.  So first close Revit and your other applications. Then in Windows File Explorer, type %TEMP% for the path. Select all and delete. SKIP any files that Windows doesn't want to delete.

I hope this helps!
