Autodesk University Files Download Problem

Hello Everyone,

I had a very annoying problem with Autodesk University the video is working very good but when i try to download the files with the video nothing

happens so i tried using 4 other browsers with no solution the following pic shows the files

Does anybody have a solution for this?

I looked at several online classes on au.autodesk.com and have no problem downloading handouts etc (using firefox).

Do you have a particular on-line class where this happens?

Otherwise look at firewalls,browser add-ons that might interfere.

Hello @L.Maas,

I tried disabling firewall and kaspersky i logged in from my tablet and used Mozilla,Baidu,Chrome,IE 8.0 and opera i even used two different internet

connections and still have the same problem .

The Name of the class i can't download its material is "AC6541-AdvancedTechniquesforImportingCADDrawingsintoRevitProjects"

This does not work.

I cannot download the PDFS.  I have tried multiple browsers, different machines, different logins.

It does not work for my colleagues either.

The problem with me was the speed of internet connection and it was solved
