It can't be done in Revit.  It can't even be done in AutoCAD easily (images embedded as OLE have pretty crappy quality).  What are inconvenient and unprofessional about including the images in the same eTransmit folder?

Much appreciated for your support @ToanDN

I have a video guide for this, but I can't do like that https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/getting-started/caas/screencast/Main/Details/e...
nd about inconvenient and unprofessional
Inconvenience: before we used image as OLE in CAD so when we issue, we don't need to attach images when we sending. So now when we export CAD from Revit, my team sometimes forgot attaching images when issue. That is a habit everyone doing like that longtime.

Unprofessional: In images from export you see the name of person who did, everyone don't like that. You see in image attachment in this topic for demo.

Thanks

I can't offer you any advices regarding OLE but about the images with the username, open the central file detached then export. That way the images would not have any username embeddes to their name.

Automation is a wonderful thing but when you need it because people can't remember how to share files, there are other issues.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
