Hi,

I have a grid showing up in my view, see image

capture.PNG

this is a view, NOT a sheet.

I can't figure out the controls to adjust or turn off this grid. It only shows up in this one view, and others use the same view template.

confused.... please give me a hint.

thanks

Hi MuirEng,

If you see the grid in a view instead of a sheet, the most likely suspect in my opinion is that the grid is either a family that is placed in the view, or it might be an imported item.

Can you select the grid at all?

You probably have the show workplane toggle on. Just turn it off. It is on the architecture/structure/systems tab on the right hand side of the toolbar next to the reference planes.

it seems like I am spending 50% of my time designing and 50% asking "why is it doing this"...

Been working with Revit for about five years now, and I've got that 50/50 reduced to about 80/20. Smiley Frustrated
