Accidental Double Tap Circuit

This is 2017 MEP Revit.

I came across an issue today where it was as if I had two separate circuits circuited to same circuit breaker.

Essentially I had a dozen or so lights circuited to panel A, circuit 1. I also had some exit signs circuit to panel A, circuit 1. When I went into the panel schedule, only the loads for the dozen lights were totaling up, and the Load name I had for that circuit was showing up in the panel schedule.

However, if I looked at the system browser and browsed to the circuit I would not see the dozen lights, I would instead see the exit signs and the total load on the circuit reflected the exit sign loads not the dozen lights.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

I was able to resolve this by deleting and re-circuiting the exit sign fixtures to a different circuit, but I'm not even sure how I accidentally did this.
