Horizontal section is a Detail/Call Out. Maybe you can create a dynamo script for this or make it and assembly. But I think it is not a good idea to have this on the software by default. I not usual to create all those view per element.
@samuelsanf A horizontal cross-section can indeed be done with a Detail (my preference) and a Call-out. Generate them when the user wants it. Same workflow as Assemblies (?!) > Dynamo is not required I suppose... Cheers
