There are a few properties you use all the time for views, these should be at the top:
View Name
View Template
View Range
Scope Box
Then stuff like Parts Visibility, Phasing, Underlay, etc. should be lower. A quick dirty solution to this would just move Identity Data Category to the top with Extents below.
But really this properties window could use an overhaul. For example all things that are set by a template should fall away (rather than be greyed out). You should also be able to fold up phasing if you're not using it.
