Single phase distribution boards, single phase 2 wire, not 3 wire

UK single phase distribution boards have only 1 phase (single phase and neutral), not 2 phases like the USA.

When creating single phase boards Revit alternately puts circuits on phases A and B. There is no phase B in the UK.

Fix:

Allow the minimum number of live wires to be a minimum of 2 so that a single phase board only has phase A.

When supplied from a three phase and neutral distribution board this should be able to be hosted to any phase, not just A.

Since we use IEC more, I needed a while to understand what you said about the US, they have both "Single Phase" 208 V or "Double phase" to be more accurate and "Three Phase" 208 V 

And after checking in Revit, apparently, you are correct but I don't you mean, make the minimum "Live wires" one not two? since in your case, the other wire is the cold wire or neutral

I should have referred to the American configuration as 'split-phase' as I believe it is more commonly referred to.

You are correct that the number of live conductors should be 1 rather than 2 in my example.

The way Revit splits the circuits across 2 poles in the panel schedule is not compatible with UK standards and causes any interface with Revit by UK standard 3rd party software to fail.

UK voltages are 230v single-phase and 400v three-phase, there is no split-phase arrangement.

@scott_dakin For single phase panel, do you always use Phase A (or Phase L1) , any scenarios that you may use other Phases (Phase B or Phase C) for single panel?

If you mean the supply to the consumer unit we could have this on any of the phases.

If you mean which ways do I use in the consumer unit itself I start at one and go from there in numerical order which gives me circuits 1, 2, 3 etc on the drawing but I think Revit is assigning the circuits alternating between phases A and B which is not correct for the UK as there is no B to connect anything to. if I put each circuit only on the odd numbered ways so that they are all on phase A I would skip all the even numbered circuit references.

If the supply to the consumer unit is on phase L1 all the outgoing circuits will be on phase L1 and likewise for phases L2 and L3.

The circuits could be 1L1, 2L1, 3L1 or CCT 1, CCT 2, CCT 3 etc.

It doesn't work correctly for the UK market and it cannot be made to work correctly without rewriting Revit's code.

Do you mean for the single phase panel, you may want the option about which phase will the single phase panel on (Phase A or Phase B or Phase C), and you are able to name the circuit 1L1, 2L1, 3L1, 4L1 when circuit on Phase A, name the circuit 1L2, 2L2, 3L2, 4L2 when circuit on Phase B, or  1L3, 2L3, 3L3, 4L3 when circuit on Phase C, like the below image shows?

Support for single phase, line-to-neutral panels was added in Revit 2021.  If there are outstanding issues, gaps, or other related improvements, please submit new Ideas.

I am having this issue. I tried to change the number o wires as the screenshot below but I am still having the same problem with Phase A and B (Revit 2108). Is any solution for it? Do I need to put all the circuiting in odd places?
