Set Room Area Computation per Wall Type

Currently the Room Area Computation is a project setting.

But often some walls should be roombounding at their core layers, e.g. structural walls, whereas light partition walls bound rooms at their center.

Currently we achieve this by setting our light partition walls to non-room bounding and adding Room seperation lines.

It would make more sense to set the bounding per wall type, or allow for an override per wall type.

When setting the room bounding per wall type, being able to chose interior or exterior side is a plus.

It would be great if the room computation could be be related to the "Location Line" which is already a constraints associated with each individual wall.
