How about having an option to change the blue or pink triangle symbol in the working sections to other geometric shapes or colors to identify individual team ownership of working views graphically?
This sounds like something that could be currently done (or maybe is being currently done in your office) with custom families for section heads and section types.
I am not sure what blue and pink triangles you are talking about. is this perhaps a customization being used just in your office? Could you give an example image so people can understand what you are describing better?
