Revit terrain - Import via 3d layer lines of a dwg - precision of import

Revit terrain - Import via 3d layer lines of a dwg - precision of import

Advantage:

- the terrain can be modified at will

- The terrain can be duplicated for a subsequent phase by creating graded region.

Disadvantage:

- The points along the stratigraphic lines do not run optimally to each other, so that on steep slopes, for example, there are always points in the terrain. The terrain has to be reworked, additional points have to be added or points have to be moved (a lot of time is needed).

Suggestion for improvement:

Possibility of adding/selecting of characteristic elements like: edge of the cliff, embankment, scarp, steep slopes.
