Surely just a bug. I just found that I could not get my 3d viewport to adjust to an existing RCP. This is in Revit 2023.1. I currently cannot be bothered to check whether this is new behaviour or whether I had just hitherto never needed that functionality. I will help the app along for now and eye-ball adjust my section box.
