Optimize and speed up the "Manage Cloud Models" dialogue

When opening the "Manage Cloud Models" menu in Revit, the menu takes a very long time to load. According to this page, the reason is that the script searching for cloud models is run when this menu is opened. This list of cloud models should either be run server-side, or be updated only when a model is added to - or deleted from the project. Looking up cloud models in the project every time anyone looks for them creates a lot of unneccesary work. Example of a use case: We do weekly IFC exports on a big project. If anyone has forgotten to relinquish the model, the export is impossible because the process requires writing access to all elements. If a single person is responsible for running exports for several models, waiting 10 minutes for each force relinquish is not feasible. This typically occurs on friday afternoon when most people have left the office for the weekend.
