NOT halftone model lines on electrical, mech, or plumbing coordination views

Give an option to NOT halftone model lines on views set to electrical, mechanical, or plumbing disciplines.

Right now, we essentially have to use the architectural discipline just to use model lines.

Can I ask what you're using model lines for? I only ask because I work at an MEP design consultancy and we aren't using them at the moment.

I think we can use half tone in override graphics for model lines.

I know this is an old thread but let me explain how I (want) to use model line in electrical.

I do a lot of conduit modelling 'under the slab'. I like to draw switchgear, panels, etc. on the floor level that shows the opening in large switchgear. I model the conduit and also add another page that just shows the gear and panels.

This way I can dimension from inside of foundation walls to gear openings. Model lines would be perfect for that. Instead, I have to group detail lines and copy and paste them in every view I create.
