Forty years ago (October 29, 1969) Charles Kline sent the first message, which later formed the basis of what we call the Internet.
And yet, we are messing around with various image files, including Textures (and Material Libraries!) On various local drives, cloud drives or servers…
How many times has there not been some zip file along with a product-specific family that you have to unpack somewhere, so everyone in the company has access to it…
The approx. 5000 standard texture that comes with Revit is typically on a C drive, but as soon as a folder path of an employee starts with "D", Revit can't figure it out
Why can't you make a reference to a URL where that file is located?
Make it possible please!
