Floor/Slab/Roof Span Length and Width parameters

Simple enough.

New instance parameters that measure the Span Length and Width of Floors, Slabs and Roofs.

Must be able to schedule the parameters and refer to global parameters.

Please get behind this as currently the only way to schedule floor lengths is to nest a beam etc. and schedule the span of the beam.
