Extend the room bounding wall gap to structural columns
When you leave gaps in walls the room boundaries are unmolested unless these gaps exceed a threshold value (I think it is an American foot right now). This does for some reason not include gaps between columns. If you have two columns close to one another, say an inch apart, Revit sees this as not room bounding. The threshold rule should apply for all room bounding entities.
