Deploy with a company standard material library
There needs to be a way to load custom libraries via script, or deployment options such as the ini file. Currently, to add a company standard material library requires users to manually load it. I have found that users typically will not load custom libraries but would rather recreate materials over and over. This is wasteful and inconsistent.
So this is possible...but it is a separate program. Company I used to work for used Pragmatic Rollouts for deployment installs, updates, changing material mapping if a user visited a different office or needed to work from home. The material libraries referenced materials folder on the network for all images and that folder was duplicated to the other offices. If someone needed a material image but tweak it some they would copy the original and name it with the project name or number so it wouldn't screw up someone else's project image.
