Callout types should be property of callout and not propety of the view

When using a callout to reference other views, sometimes is needed to add notes like "INV", "SIM" or to have another type of callout (detail number/sheet number, only sheet number).

But the type of callout, the notes like INV and SIM, are property of the view the callout is referencing to. So if I have, for instance, a connection detail and put a callout in both ends of a beam, one side would be inverted, but I cannot use a callout with the note INV because that would change both callouts.

To change this now I have, not to duplicate the callout type, but to DUPLICATE THE VIEW TYPE, and change the type of callout.

The same is for sections.
