Automatically expand Formula bar when typing long formulas
When typing long formulas for parameters inside families, i can't see the entire formula and it's difficult to add parenthesis in the right spots when needed. By automatically expanding the formula bar to see the entire formula, like in Excel, it is much easier to understand the entire formula and much easier to correct the syntax when needed.
The formula box in the parameters dialog can't really be resized very well. Perhaps add the ability to resize and wrap the contents like MS Excel's formula bar, OR add the zoom function like MS Access which opens a larger box that wraps strings inside it for easier formula editing.

Now that you're mentioning it, maybe Revit should have a built-in notepad. So we can edit all the keynotes easier. And maybe a calculator too. Like Autocad has.
@ipselute should we combine our ideas for this case, even though two different aspects, but the idea will benefit both aspects of Revit (likely other areas too!!!).
I totally agree with that, it's really annoying when you can't see the entire line of code or formula because seeing all of your code helps in understanding what it does. I think the best solution to this problem would be to expand the row with the formula you're editing and break up the formula if it doesn't fit.
