We are a fabrication shop. we frequently take revit models from multiple disciplines and use them for BIM coordination. We will link them all to a single model, then copy the ductwork from the MEP live into our central. we then convert their newly live ductwork to our fabrication systems and push it out to our fabrication shop. This would be infinitely simpler if we could copy/monitor the ductwork, duct fittings, and duct accessories the way we can the air terminals and mechanical equipment.
